There are only a few brands of 'Double' ovens that will fit below a worktop, normally the plinth is ommited, as the section sits on the floor.

In a large bowl, use an electric mixer to beat eggs and sugar until mixture is light and thick. Fold in flour, then butter and orange and almond extracts. Transfer batter to prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until set and just golden at the edges.
Let cool for 10 minutes before topping with ganache.
